Seriously, this is a big *** fan made by Big *** Fans.

Would be awesome indoors with high ceilings or in some of these sweet shops I've been drooling over on this site! This complete fan retails for $3,300!

This is the motor only, new never used. Still has the sticky paper on the bottom covering aluminum. You can tell it has been sitting as there is some very light surface rust on the blade mounts, but they get covered when you install blades, and some surface oxidation that wipes away very easy with my finger. I believe this was a leftover that didn't get installed in a local restaurant. They used boat paddles for the blades, that's why there are no blades with this. The fan holds 10 blades and I'm sure some of you handy folks could make your own blades.

Here are some specs from the website:

Isis gearless direct drive
Number of airfoils: 10
Finish: Anodized aluminum
Input power: 110-125VAC, 60Hz, single phase
Required breaker: 10A (120v)
Max Speed: 95rpm
Power usage - low/med/high speed: 11W/47W/290W
Maximum amps: 3.00A
Sound level (max speed): <40dBA @ 20ft height
Minimum clearances req: 10ft above floor, 2ft on sides, 18in below ceiling

This does not include mounting tube, switch, blades (airfoils); just a big *** motor!

If it doesn't sell I will use in my shop if it ever gets built!

Asking $500 plus shipping (I have no idea how much shipping would be)

Let me know if you have questions or need more pictures, I will answer the best as I can, thanks for looking!

*pictures will come later, having some issues uploading

Not sure, one of the local seafood places on the water if I had to guess. I know Bluewater Grille at Wrightsville Beach has several Big *** Fan's.

Boat paddles is an interesting idea but sure to be a highly inefficient method to move air. @hrdcor32, mind if we ask how you came to acquire the motor?

I believe the paddles were probably more for looks than anything. Picked up with a few other items from a local C/L ad. Still trying to decide if I will use in my living room or garage if it doesn't sell (high ceilings in both).
