The floor is painted with a Sherman-Williams Industrial/Marine 2 part epoxy. I highly recommend this coating and there are tons of color choices and 3 sheens to choose from. I applied two coats and allowed it to dry 3 weeks before putting a vehicle on it.

I purchased a 7,000 lb. outside slider lift from American Pride, works well.

The vertical mill is not a Bridgeport it's a 20 year old SuperMax, does everything I need.

The interior ceiling height is 10', except for one bay which peaks at 14 feet. I used a different truss configuration there, so I could use the lift without interfering with the ceiling. Exterior walls are stucco, they are sealed and painted, don't know a lot about the process.
Thanks for the favorable response, long time coming!!!
