All Cabinets SOLD SOLD SOLD
I have black flat file/blueprint files - these are used and have scratches/chips in the paint and very light surface rust in some places. There are also several small dents in the cabinets which do not effect function. These came out of a woodworking shop and they are too big for my space. These would make excellent workshop/tool cabinets. If you really wanted to go all out, unscrewing the handles and putting a quick coat of spraypaint would make them look new again. These are strong and heavy enough to use for a workbench base.

**These cabinets are much bigger than what is normally found online for "blueprint cabinets" (typically 41"W by 28" deep) and weigh between 150-200lbs each.

Cabinet Details:
-Overall dimensions are 42" D x 53.5" W x 16.5" H. There is a 6" base frame that can be used to get cabinets off the floor.
-Cabinets are STACKABLE - two cabinets with base would have an total height of 39".
-No manufacturer's mark but very similar to Case files.
-Drawers have steel rollers - NOT ballbearings or slides - and slide very well.
-Each cabinet has five drawers
-Drawers have an inside height of 2.25 inches and extend 75% to 28" out with 10" still inside.

PLEASE NOTE: TWO SOLD - I'd like to sell these in PAIRS ONLY (with base). I have them on CList and eBay for $250 for a pair with base but will sell to GJ members for $200. You will need a truck and some help to load these as they are heavy. I was able to get ONE in the back of a Ford Explorer.

Obviously these are local pick up only! Located in Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Happy to hold these with payment if you need to arrange for a truck or date to move them.

Thanks for looking!

Hey everyone. These dang things are $600 each new. I am an architect and have 4 of them. They make great tool files. The drawers are supper ball berring. They are great for patterns in a wood shop. They are great to store art supplies. They are good to put Plano fishing tackle boxes in. I have 4 drawers full of fishing boxes full of my art supplies. The are great for an art department in a school You can store all your water color paper and art suppies in them.

You can not get them shipped for this price. In fact the tax in California would be more than he is asking for the files.

Once you start using them you will wonder why you did not buy them long ago. They hold all your wrench sets in thier holders just as good as a tool box. I use a stack in the shop on my farm. They work very well. I also use old check files. They hold anything you want to put in them.

HELLO. don't miss the forest for the trees on this one.

i think your price is quite fair. I paid a lot more than that at auction for one pair. In fact, if you still have these when I visit my parents in Illinois this summer, I may have to make room in my truck and take em back to texas. :)

Thanks Don - I thought I was on target here - I think it is more an issue of timing and finding the person who is looking for these. I wish I had the space to set up all four and build a bench on top - I could store 10,000 screwdrivers!

Appreciate the feedback!
