Vintage Craftsman Drill Press (restored)

For any fans of vintage American iron, here's another awesome drill press from my father's shop in Tucson, freshly restored and ready for a new home.

Specs: It's a model 101.23540 Craftsman, with the original 1/3 HP 'Companion' branded, ball bearing motor (re-wired, bearings repacked, new cord, new switch) and brand new link belt. The chuck is the original Jacob's 1/2" with the locking collar. The entire press has been blasted, primed and repainted, column and all the hardware has been brushed clean and buffed up too. Quill bearings and pulley bearings have been replaced and this press is ready for another lifetime of service, if not more.

You're highly unlikely to ever find one of these in better shape or more lovingly and completely restored.

Asking $350 locally, will let it go for $300 to GJ members. Shipping to the lower 48 will be $125 or actual cost, whichever is cheaper for the buyer, so shipped price is $425 at most, potentially less if you're closer to Arizona. Willing to ship elsewhere at increased cost, feel free to inquire.

I just bought a similar one off craigslist today, the paint on mine is nearly gone. Is that the original color? It looks more blue than mine, but that could just be the picture.
