Sears old ShipVantage is now called Shop Your Way Max. It is almost the same thing as the shipvantage.. but you get double points..

Actually i might be having issues...

How do i know when it's been applied to my account? I'm not seeing anything on my account that says "Max" or whatever it was.

And how do i turn off auto renewal?

It's under the clubs area in your profile. This link may work. It shows as ShipVantage.

that equals 10 dollars with the point system. So you are paying 20 to get 10 dollars. Can see how that is a better deal, at the end it cost you 10 dollar to buy the into max for 3 months.

this will save me tons on gas. i just wished it worked on sears PARTS direct orders too.

i hate buying a damn $4 part, and they want to charge $7.99 for shipping.

You're getting $10 per month. $30 total. They're paying you $10 to get the program for 3 months.

And another question... how do i know that the double points will happen? It doesn't show up on the Sears site when you view your cart. Does the doubling happen after the fact or...?

I have been trying to get this for a week now and it will not work for me. My bank card does not authorize any purchases under $1.00 so I tried ordering the membership with some wrenches. The total was 105.50 so I figured it would go through. I recieved an order confirmation E-mail and the wrenches went through but the shop your way max was cancelled. After talking to customer service they said it didn't go through because the wrenches were store pick up and not being shipped to me. (Makes no sense, I know)So I figure I will order one socket (which has free shipping) and also add the shop your way max to the cart. I had customer service place this order for me over the phone. They said everything went through just fine but 10 minutes after I get off the phone I recieve an order confirmation E-mail and the same BS! Socket went through just fine but the shop your way max CANCELLED! WTF! How did you guys get this to work for you and has anyone else been having these problems lately? Thanks

Me too. When I signed on for the original deal it was actually for 12 months, not 3 months. So the extension "through the holiday" was puzzling to me. In any event, just have to be careful to remember when the free membership ends.

Edit: I have not been on that ShopYourWay Max website in a long time, but I can't see anywhere now that you can cancel membership online. There used to be a Clubs tab in your profile that allowed you to do it; now there's not. I can't even find any place that says when your membership period ends - only when it began. Sent them an email, can't rule out that the website isn't just messed up today :beer:

Wouldn't surprise me at all if you now have to call to cancel.

Confirmed with an email from Sears customer service. You can no longer cancel membership in the shop your way max program online, you have to call them. I did feel obligated to tell them what I thought about that policy change. It's like almost everything else anymore, you have to keep looking both ways.
