I've heard the name "Jens" mentioned quite frequently on this forum. So, when I was in need of a new Hazet 24mm 600N wrench, I figured I'd give him a try.

So, I fired Jens over an email before I went to sleep, and when I first checked my email the next morning, he had already promptly responded to my inquiry. He gave me a price which was a lot cheaper than buying it from an importer in the States. So, I sent him over the payment and he shipped it later that same day. Low-and-behold, 4-business days later my package has arrived. Extremely fast delivery from Germany to New York, USA.

Jens far surpassed my expectations. He promptly responded to my emails and immediately shipped out my wrench the same day I paid him. Plus, his pricing w/ shipping was about 20% cheaper than buying it here in the States!

Do not think twice about doing business with Jens. I know I'll be gladly giving him my business in the near future!

I can vouch for Jens too...just noticed yesterday he got his first ebay negative feedback from some turkey here in Australia. Ungrateful SOB! Wonder if he is a member here?

Yes, it really didn't make my day. This guy bought a new 2012 Knipex plier. I ship those out within one business day by first class registered mail including insurance and this is the fastest way from here to Australia besides using UPS which is more expensive that the tool itself. First thing he sent me a mail why it takes so long ten days after he bought it, when these letters take two weeks to get to Australia. Shipments from China were faster... Look at the map how far it is from Germany to Australian and from China to Australia....

Anyway, one day after that mail, he gave me a negative feedback because he didn't like the pliers themselves. Never sent me an email about that fact. And I still believe that the Ebay feedback should be about the sellers service. Even after that negative feedback I offered a full refund including all postage fees because I am totally positive about the Knipex pliers. I even offered him to keep the tool and get a 50% refund. No answer at all. Looking at his other feedback I guess he just loves to give bad ratings, so I can live with that. I doubt that this will destroy my credibility.

I doubt that this will destroy my credibility.

You don't have to doubt. We all get a ***** sooner or later.

I think perhaps Ebay have gone a bit too far towards the buyer. I discovered the other day that you cant exclude a username any more.

And I also think that someone who has thousands of positive feedback results (like you), should have maybe a little bit more control over what gets posted. I'm not saying they should be able to directly edit it, but at least explain to a real person the situation rather than automated messages that help no one.

Jens,
You do a great job, as already stated some folks will never be happy. I'm about to purchase three Hazet ratchets and I'm happy to do business with you. Keep up the great work, it's much appreciated!

I love Hazet tools, quality, durability, great ergonomics and reasonably priced.

I would like to add my recommendation of Jens for German tools. I have placed several orders with him and everything has been completed to my complete satisfaction.
One order I placed had problems with the shipping company, they lost track of my Hazet tool box with tools and it was sent to the Government Warehouse for auction! Jens stepped up after gathering the facts and spent a considerable amount of his time to rectify the situation. After some well constructed correspondence at the Corporate level the shipping company retrieved the shipment and could not deliver quickly enough to my home, at night.
He has offered me great pricing, personal service, and has stood by me as a customer when unforeseen events have transpired.
If you want some Hazet or other German tools I highly recommend Jens.

I found Jens via Garagejournal.com and I placed 2 separate orders for Hazet crimpers. The pricing was competitive, the delivery time from order was excellent and I would gladly purchase from him again. If you are considering Hazet tools I recommend at least getting a quote from Jens.

I've only ordered once from Jens, and will order from again.

Like another poster said, it's only a matter of time before we get a *****.

I have ordered Hazet tools from Jens twice in the past few months. First, his service and attention to detail is almost unheard of in this country any longer. He answered quite a few questions without any complaint, gave me a better deal than the American reselers, and shipped everything promptly and well-packed. Today, I got my second package of tools from him, and same story: great service, fast shipping, no complaints. And as far as Hazet tools are concerned, I am a huge fan -- the ergonomics, finish, and durability place them among the very top tool makers. Knipex as well. Great quality and value.

Wanted to post my positive experience, he had the best price for sure. The bonus gummy bears were a treat too. Thanks for a great transaction!

Just to let everyone know that

- I went online with my online store outside of Ebay at www.jensputzier.com. The shop is open to customers from the USA and Australia. I can only add new items to the store as I have time, but all current items from the mentioned manufacturers are available at the same conditions.

- If you are located in a different country: I ship worldwide, just send me an email with what you would like to buy and I will calculate the actual shipping to your destination. If you are located in or wish shipping to a country of the European Union, 19% VAT will be added to tool prices and shipping.

- I am an authorized dealer for all the brands I offer and receive my tools directly from the manufacturers and not through third parties.

I am glad that everyone who bought from me has been happy with his tools and my service.

To the top!

Jens is completely professional and was absolutely awesome to deal with.

Constant open line of communication and great prices + ridiculously quick shipping here to the states.

Placed an order three days ago, still not processed. Has anyone same experience? Three days is not very long, but my experience with other sellers from Germany that sells tools ships between a single day.

Can't speak to the ordering process, as I never got that far.

I sent Jens an email and waited over 18 days to get a response. On day 19 I sent a follow-up, at which point blame was laid at my feet because my original email did not "contain a name and (street) address," hence it was apparently filed away as spam and ignored. No apology of any kind for the delay either. :dunno:

Based on his follow-up emails, Jens seemed more interested in continuing to argue the merits of flagging my original email as spam than apologizing for the mix-up, which I found pretty off-putting.

I can't speak for anyone else, but that was my experience. Really surprised, as I heard so many good things here and was looking forward to buying a couple of the double pump Reilang oilers from him. :(
