Is 100 bucks good for that 4 drawer or 5 drawer black tool cart? I got a coupon for 100 bucks and for 120.

The black 4 drawer and the red 5 drawer are two different carts. For the black four drawer $100 is about the best you can do. For the red 5 drawer, $150 is the best I've seen in a couple years.

The five drawer red cart is superior to the black cart.

I paid $150 plus tax on New Years Day with their 25% off coupon this past January.

now adays, $100 is the lowest price on the black cart. The manager at my local HF told me his cost was $80, so that sort of tells you that $100 is a good deal...plus, I think it is a nice cart for $100.
