I'm debating this purchase myself. These great deals always pop up just before I'm 100% ready.

On Father's Day they had a promo shipping code for $2.99. You read right, 2.99 to ship at that $789 price.

mine comes up to 747. extremely tempting but not sure if i need that much welder. the 100 dollar cash back from farm and fleet expires today also. Someone talk me into buying it right now. All ill be welding will be truck frames and body panels
Edit: COUPON CODE " Honey10" for an extra 10 dollars off! brings my price down to 737 shipped
Edit 2: i am now a 210 mvp owner..

Nice pick up. I grabbed a refurbished one a few weeks ago for a hair less than Blain's iirc. First welder and it's definitely a tool worth having. Picked up how to flux weld within 5-10 minutes. No regrets as long as it holds up for a decade or so.

not sure what a rain check is but i called and they said it wasn't because of inventory issue but an internal one. Just reordered it for the same price and i should receive an email soon :rocker:
EDIT: guess I won't be an owner afterall. Order was cancelled once again. At first it was because something wasn't rite with my shipping info and I regave my information to the lady on the phone and it was still cancelled..this blows

Awesome! And a rain check is something you get if you come to a store and they're out of a sale item, you bring it back another day when they have it in order to purchase the item at the sale price. Enjoy your new welder!

its 100 off right now and they had another sale where they discounted an additional 10% off a purchase over $100 that ended on the 2nd.

I'm tempted to pick one up from my local "Mills" Fleet Farm. They have had them on sale for a nice price twice that I have noticed lately and include some incentives ($ gift cards) from time to time on bigger purchases. Midwest US only? Regular price $890 on their website at the moment.

"MVP" worth it? I kind of have the mindset that all i need is a good quality basic 220v wire feed?
