Looking to get started in doing some cabinetry work beginning with our basement and then helping out others and maybe someday doing it full or part time. I am looking for a good forum on the subject to research techiques etc. Thanks

Beginner friendly? What? You mean you don't want to ask a novice question and have some arrogant, short fused, emotionally unhealthy armchair member reply something to the effect of "if you have to ask, maybe you shouldn't be making cabinets!!"
What you don't want that? :lol_hitti:lol_hitti;)

I would be careful about sawmillcreek. The owner appears to be in constant fear of being sued because someone posted something negative on his site, and in the end, he deletes posts that are less than favorable about certain brands of machinery or tools. Just take any reviews/recommendations with a grain of salt from there.
