I have a Blackhawk by Proto 3820 3/8" 12-point SAE socket set complete for trade! It is in excellent condition. I'm 95% sure it has NEVER been used. No pits / scratches / nicks etc.. chrome is 100%! Even the arbor on the ratchet show no discoloration from being used..
