My second garage was a regular 20x20. I started by painting the floor with the cheap Rustoleum from HD. I bought 2 kits (2 times more than I needed) to do it all. It looked good for about 3 years and then started chipping.

Never again will I do the cheap epoxy. I did etch and rinse twice before I painted but it didn't hold.
I was buying more dirt bikes and I needed more room so I decided to use the space over the lawnmower. It also gives me some privacy from cars driving down the street.
