Could only find

the 7pc flex sae set goes to 19.99 for me, the metric counterpart set doesnt discount at all though. Oddly the SAE set has no 5/16" but includes an 11/32" so be aware of that as well.

The sets are suppose to discount to $29.99 ea.

edit: definetly some website issues,

Gearwrench (Taiwan?) Discounted to 29.99

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00944006000P (Metric)
Set includes 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19mm

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00944005000P (SAE)
Set includes 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4"

Gearwrench (China?- Fatter box ends)

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00935591000P (Metric) Full Price
Set includes 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17mm

http://www.sears.com/craftsman-7pc-...00935590000P?sLevel=0&redirectType=SKIP_LEVEL (SAE) Drops to $19.99 when added to cart.
Set includes 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 3/4"

I think they meant to only discount the latter two cheaper sets for BF specifically but thats just a guess.

if you are just getting the sae set, use:

CSOSAVE5 to get 5% off - makes it 18.99

or if you get both sets, it's just under 50, so top up with something small and use the 5 off of 50 code...SEARS2012 code

The best price I ever got for the Flex metric from Sears was $25 before tax. But this still is a killer deal.

Wonder what the differences in the sets are?

see my edited post above, none of the sets include the same sizes. From the preview pic the latter two look like the chinese GW products that we've been seeing with the meaty ratcheting box ends while the former two look like Taiwan GW.

Sweet thanks for boiling it down for us...I think I'm in for the $29.99 a piece sets vs. the 19.99 one.

Seems a bit steep for imported wrenches, I just picked up a set of USA made Craftsman Industrial flex ratcheting wrenches for $20 new.

Link? Ratcheting flex wrenches are one of those tools where the options are severely limited in domestic form.

I picked them up at the Sears Outlet store, someone took them out of the box they were in. I asked the guy how much and he gave them to me for $20, even came with a wrench roll.

Everytime I run across the older craftsman flex wrenches they are used and extremely pricey... 20 bucks was a steal. I don't have a local outlet store, but my online experience with them has been iffy... To say the least.

FYI.. Regardless if you buy the (Made for) Danaher Set or the Apex set, They both are from China. The Apex sets are bigger on the Box/Open and flex Joint, But otherwise Identical.

Mickey O, I saw that same set (#35718)at my local Sears outlet for $73.99 and that was 60% off! How long have you been horse trading?

BTW : Grainger wants $235---Zoro wants $165 for the same set under #9-24603

well sears screwed up my order yet again. Said nothing was instock at my local store. Of course I go their and they have 20+ of each sets. The store refused to price match, or correct their mistake.

So now im out $96 for 10 business days..... Thanks again sears!.

(BTW: this is the 4th time this has happened to me. I don't care if they clearance out all the USA craftsman for $0.01 IM DONE WITH SEARS.COM forever! )

picked mine up today. look good.

though i wish they would have included a 3/8 and ditched the 11/32, but for the price I'm not complaining.
