Figured I would share these photos.. the new garage is going to be to the right of the house. 30x30 with a extra breezeway. right side is going to be a cathedral ceiling to allow room for the lift. I will keep you posted as progress moves on.. $$$ permitting.
So excited... now its my turn. no more baths, extra rooms. etc. its Garage time.:bounce:

Too late now, but I'm a little surprised you're keeping the one car garage. Looking at the photos, I would have been tempted to rip that down and build a perpendicular 3 car garage in it's place so that the doors didn't face the street.

That was an option, but with the building envelope on a curve. the garage would of had to have been set back towards the rear of the house. and it didnt look good. I plan on putting a set of carrage doors on the single (which is actually a 2 car garage) and let the kids have that one..

Nice job hardware. Some folks put projects on here and never show the end result. Please, remember us when it's finished. Good luck

Couple more shots. I think I stared at it for an hour, I never thought I would enjoy watching concrete dry.

Looks good, years ago I had an uncle that lived up in Bucks county. All I remember about that area was a walking bridge to some island.

Looks great.

I know all about 'going slow'.....
Took me only three years to finish the interior of my shop. Didn't even have to build the building... ;)

It's nice, but is that really all one house? Looks like two or three townhomes with different themes. Hopefully the new garage will even it out. Looks massive from the inside photo!!

I wish it was 3 townhomes, then I could sell them and buy a property I could build a bigger garage on.. :bounce:

Very nice shop, the framing looks really well done.

Thanks

Holy hell. Is the addition the west wing, and the garage the east wing, or the other way around? How about the Jeeves the Butler, does he just work during the day, or 24/7? I'm just new to this forum, but I'm starting to notice a theme to e-tek's comments. Great place, great garage.
