Was visiting family in PA this past weekend and made my pilgrimage to HF while I was there. Came across this cool sort tray and it was even US made!

Maybe the decal is made in the US and the tray is made in China...
I've got two of those - 1 in the garage and 1 in the basement shop. I locate the parts bin for the type/style of fastener I'm looking for and spill them in the tray. Then pick out exactly the right size/etc that I need - tip the tray and the remainder hardware slides back in to the bin.
