No.

Snap-On did post the XMas deals catalog thru December online, but that was not the std. monthly deal offering. The monthly "Hot Deals"catalog varies from region to region as does the BOGO offers, and drivers are not required to participate in them and actually have to pay to be able to participate and be sent the bulk Hot Deals paper catalogs each month.

Only your driver has those catalogs and BOGO flyers for your region of the country if he/she even participates. For BOGO deals, the driver usually has to buy or order up front a certain quantity for his truck in advance IIRC.

It's not available online as far as I know. I'm told the flyers are regional so different regions carry different specials at the same time. It's just part of their ploy to get you on the tool truck anyways. You innocently walk on with intentions of only picking up a flyer and then you see it...walls full of chrome and tool goodness....you try to resist but somehow your wallet flys open and the snap on man takes all of your money!!!!

Figured It was something like that...***** I was kinda hoping there would be one online, and sounds like my dealer may not even offer the Free Ratchet Deal? Rather deal locally with a dealer then online...

Yup, that happens with me...I can control myself with alcohol, gambling, or any other vice...but get me on a tool truck and any sense of self control goes out the window. :dunno:

You don't need anything, but you go on the truck anyway. Just to look and maybe get a flier. You leave the truck with three items you really need. There is a space/time continuum problem that happens inside the truck.

From what I've been reading on gun forums, Snap-on is still WAY less expensive than a guns and ammo as a hobby. Those guys burn up $40 in ammo in a half hour. And they don't get anything in return except for some paper targets with holes in them. :eyecrazy:

Only part of the monthly flier is regional, the rest is national and often Snap-On does list those "sale" prices on their website. The actual fliers arent listed though.

The monthly fliers are pretty stupid in my opinion. Most of the stuff in there is not actually on sale. There are few package deals listed in there.

Didn't you mean $140 not $40?
$40 of ammo doesn't last hardly any time at the range! *L*

I talked to my dealer on saturday about this topic. He says that Snap-On will email him with the next promo. He will agree or not to purchase the bulk items and then he puts them out. He also says that the Snap-On website will only put out some promos that don't sell as well as before. It does depend on region and if they sell out of the promo fast, then you will never see it on the website. Right now, you can see the Torx and Ratchet promo online but no one sees the Trim pad tool kit/hidden bumper bolt sockets promo.

Am I the only one that finds there is a distinct "good tool smell" in a tool truck. Must be some pheromone that makes a guy absouletly need a tool. the female version of that scent must be used in jewlery stores...

I'll just come right out and say it...I'd just like to find some sort of deal on something I'd want as an in to get to know the new SnapOn guy, then once I'm on the truck to get that, chances are I'll blow my monthly allowance on any green handled tools he's got in there.

The Torx/free ratchet deal is cool, but I really only need/want the FL80, if I go on the truck for that, i'll have no money left over for any green ****....

The "sales" have been online for awhile and have nothing to do with poor sellers. Its just a basic 5 or 10% off that's posted in the monthly fliers, nothing great. The Buy 1 get X free are never online. The Torx and ratchet deal is the first time I've ever seen them offer a b1g1 through the website. Sometimes stuff makes it on there, but generally it has no discount attached. This has been the way its been done. Case in point, B1G1 wrench set, but its full list, including the "free" portion.
