It might be an import. The better quality versions are supposedly the Palmgren 29503 Multi-jaw bench vise, 5inch, http://www.palmgren.com/product_info.php?cPath=11&products_id=46 And the Yost 750-DI Multi-Jaw Rotating Combination Pipe and Bench Vise, http://www.yostvises.com/specialty-...bination-pipe-and-bench-vise-swivel-base.html or the Yost 750 Multi-Jaw Rotating Pipe and Bench Vise, http://www.yostvises.com/specialty-...ipe-and-bench-vise-swivel-base-grey-iron.html The DI in the first Yost vise means ductile iron. Harbor Freight also offers a version though, http://www.harborfreight.com/5-inch-multi-purpose-vise-67415.html The Harbor Freight vise looks slightly closer to the design of the craigslist version but there are differences. The harbor Freight vise also sounds dangerously poorly made judging from the reviews. That style of vise may have been based on an older USA made vise though.

The good ones have the anti-rotation locks in the back, the Craigslist one does not. 99.99% chance it is an import, worth about $25 used in my opinion.
