Kennedy First Aid Tool Box, in Red to boot.

Picked this Kennedy top/bottom up the other day for 40 or 50 bucks. Had some odds and ends tools in it. Temp markers, carbide scribes, hex wrenches, a half dozen squares etc.

Anyway, my medical/FAK stuff was a little disorganized in my gear room, so I put the Kennedy to use. Worked out well. Doesn't fit all my medical stuff, but at least the basics and easy to find. Still filling it up. Just thought I'd share. :beer:

I must ask though. Do you have that many accidents that you need an entire tool box dedicated to medical supplies? :eyecrazy:

Or are you just going for that OSHA approved feeling at home?

This is an inadequate first aid station. Every shop should be equipped with an 84" Snap On with a stainless top for performing emergency surgery and full width drawers for crutch storage. Besides, do you really think those drawers will support the weight of an adult during a prelim exam?

Great buy and a nice way to organize your FA stuff.

Back when men were men all you needed was the mirror in your gerstner machinist box to aid in removal of chips from your eye. Then you got back to work. O those were the days. :willy_nil

This was my first thought also! A whole tool box for first aid. I think I have a box of band aids and a bottle of peroxide and a case of beer! If that doesn't cover it out comes the paper towels and electrical tape and bottle of whiskey.

Haha..you guys are funny. This is my gear room in the house. It's supply for the off road rigs, camping, hiking, hunting, etc. Also, I have 3 big dogs and property...so I will do minor surgery on them for cuts, abrasions etc, sutures, staples etc. I don't go to the vet for every little thing.

Every go-bag and vehicle gets a pretty comprehensive kit for BLS. I'm also ALS certed. I've got Res-Q-Paks, litters, backboards, O2, intravenous, all on hand. A lot of that went in the chopper for our off road race program and especially down to Mexico races. I also still have my STOMP II loaded out.

And everytime I use a socket I cut myself...
