Hey guys. Just got done this modification today. Came out pretty good. Very happy with it - the test run in the video doesn't do it justice - this makes drilling through hard metal so much nicer than having to stop and add cutting oil.

Parts I used:
  • <$3 piece of stainless round stock for the NPT union
  • <$3 piece of stainless angle stock for bracket
  • ~$5 in 1/4" ID tubing
  • ~$5 in 1/2" ID tubing
  • ~$6 in brass 1/2 NPT Barb fittings
  • ~$2 for 1/2" Tee
  • ~$10 for fountain pump (swapped out for $20 fountain pump see below)
  • ~$15-20 for Loc-Line bendy lines with valve and nozzles
  • ~$4 for a 5 gal bucket with lid
  • Water-based coolant of your choice

Check the video out for details on how I made it! I am ordering a better pump - the one I have is not rated for this high of lift and thus doesn't have much pressure at the nozzle. I am upgrading to another pump from Amazon for $19.99 which has way better lift @ 6' of lift.

Enjoy!

That's pretty cool.
I was in a pinch friday night and had to cut aluminum on a machine that doesn't have the coolant system hooked up. I improvised and it worked well. I made a knock off Koolant Mister with a cup of water lol!!!
