The North Bay mini-blueprint cabinet one isn't, guy sold it from underneath me! I said I was going to meet up with him, then I left my house and gave him a call and told me he sold it.:mad::mad:

Should I start a new thread in the Hot Deals section, or continue on with this one?

Just click the thumbnail on the left in the ad, it'll go to another page with a blow up. Right click the picture and select 'copy image location' or something to that effect. Come to GJ, click the yellow icon with the two mountains and the sun and paste the link you copied.

Here's another goodie:

$6800 with tools (he/she wishes!)

If you need a compressor, Lowe's was willing to take off $100 from $498, total came to $398 plus tax. They are clearing this one out.

Wal-Mart has a pretty neat Stanley cantilever box with a 1/4" ratchet and socket set for $30 plus tax. Typical Chinese stuff, but I have used their tools and while they're nothing to write home about they are a great value for money.

Wowow! Check your local Princess Auto's back room for broken machines and the like! I was inquiring on the air compressor tanks they used to sell and they told me they don't carry any more, BUT several compressors are in the back with broken pumps and he said I could buy the tank after he strips everything off for $150. Or I could pick this gem up (pump blew up and leaked oil EVERYWHERE) for $350 including the WEG motor, pressure switches, tank and all the other parts other than the pump:

Buffalo 15 drill press for $150. He had it for $175 and I contacted him, but I spent my money on my compressor, oh well :(. Just hope he still has it when I get enough cash. However, the press is DEEP. Wouldn't recommend it for tight spaces (like a single car garage). Awesome stout unit! Looks pretty clean, original speckle finish is still there, plus no corrosion on the column (which is RARE). Seems like the vise is included as well.

You guys should be grateful I posted that, I was contemplating whether to keep it to myself or not LOL.

Another good drill press coming up! It looks to be a General International production model (Taiwanese), pretty much NEW! $175. BUT the table lift rack seems to be bent out of shape?

The track for the lift is just a long flexible piece, they're only held with a clamp at the top which loosens and slides down letting the track sag. Pull the track back up where it's supposed to be and tack it in place and it'll work as well as is possible for a General International.

I had no idea such a thing existed! Just checked out some of the items listed on the site, holy smokes are the prices high! I guess if you must have it for the antique factor. His vise prices are somewhat reasonable for the Records' (bit higher than $1/lb though, and you pay extra for special features), but then jump to $325 for a Parker. You aren't going to find deals there, a deal hunters worst nightmare because he knows what he has. :(

EDIT: Just did a search for his phone number on kijiji, he's fairly prolific on there!
