I need to finish plugging the firewall and there were a couple minor leaks with the motor.
Then I will slap some semi glossblack on the engine compartment.

My cousin has a 1980 Z28 that he drove to California from the factory in Detroit. It's all completely original and has been repainted the original color and has the original type special ordered decals applied to it too; it's quite a site. ;)

Mine had a 305 in it when I got it!! It now has a 327 .030 over with domed pistons.
It has a 3500 stahl converter with a 4.11 posi now!! It is quite snappy now, plus I have a 350 in the works, well it will be a stroker 383;) I will find an old chevy truck for the
327.

His is the original 350/4-speed manual with black on black and gold decals. The manual trans was not available for sale in California at that time, being the reason he opted to buy it straight from Detroit. He uses it as a daily driver believe it or not. He's got the money to buy 2 or 3 new Camaro's if he wants, but he's one of those types that saves every single penny he makes.

Well I do not know:headscrat I did not think about it until you asked:(

So that engine you have on the stand is the 327? Did you just pull it because last time you showed us pictures I thought it was still in the car. Anyway, cool project. I look forward to seeing your progress.
