Help me ID one of my new grabs.

Scored all this stuff off a local classified for $40.
This is the one in question. It reads C Stearns Co on one handle Pat Applied For on the other. Can't find much info on it. Looks kind of like a nipper for hooves or something but I am not sure.

From what I have figured out it was a buggy wrench.

A couple unknown monkeys

A neat old pulley

A few less interesting things they came with and they all came it the old wire basket. I think I did good for $40

I don't know what it's for, but it might have been made by E. C. Stearns & Company of Syracuse NY. The company was originally George N. Stearns Company. The company manufactured Saw Vises, so it might be some sort of saw set, although it looks like it would have been for large toothed industrial blades.

I have that covered pulley! Actually using it!

Ya I had seen some of their other stuff on e bay but nothing like this. Another site had a list of their products but this was not one. After researching all this stuff I am happy with what I got I think they are all neat. The buggy wrench is cool just because its so old.
