Here is my project. The old one had to come down or it was going to fall down.

The new one will be 26x40 with an room in the attic for storage. The stone is going back on the new one on the walls facing the street and the house.

More pics as I go along.

Any helpful comments/suggestions welcome.

I set the first course of stone so that the block cores in the brick ledge are sealed up for the winter. Next summer will be all stone work all the time. They are effing heavy!

My wife thought it was hillarious that I changed the oil in the SRT "in" the garage. Not a drop on the new cement!

The paver walk was a little side project while we were waiting for the flat work to get done. The dog is less than impressed.
