New shop/place to park the shelby

My wife and I decided that after some recent thefts from outside of our home that the Shelby needed a new place to sleep. So I jumped at the opportunity to have a man cave/shop. I already have several things waiting to be put on the walls and also waiting for my used snap on box to be delivered next weekend. We will have to wait another month or so on the floor because this weather is not allowing the floor to warm up enough for the epoxy to set. The color of the floor will be black with a silver metal flake.

That's a great job on enclosing that space, and I like the exposed brick too. You have a lot of potential with all that space.

Do you have any idea how irritating it is that your super awesome car gets almost the same gas mileage as my super uncool minivan? :)

You're supposed to store Shelbys up off the floor. Pegboard seems to work well.

Looks like they should have made it a garage, but then it would have probably originally been done completely with plain old 2x4 framing.

Enclosing it like this gives that awesome detail of the brick inside the garage. That's going to look fantastic! Can't wait to see a final picture of the whole space.

Did you do this yourself or have a contractor? Besides the snazzy new floor how much did this run you to build? Ballpark?
