Found these truck mirrors on sale at the auto parts store for $9.99 ea and thought that they might help with getting a vehicle aligned more consistently, especially when working on other peoples cars/trucks.
With the new Raptor I just got it helps because of its extreme width. I use the mirrors to see the front drivers wheel and the other allows me to see the center of the bumper. Between them both I can tell where I'm at. The pics kind of give you an idea of how they work.

Anyway, just thought I would share...

That's an awesome idea and now you've got me thinking... .

I think one of those convex mirrors mounted high (and facing down) on one of the posts might work, too. It'd give you a panoramic view of the vehicle.

I think I'll go out today and look at mirrors. Thanks for the idea.

I've been using one of those laser parking things to center my car, but that is vehicle specific and doesn't tell me if I'm straight. Going to think about mirrors, now....
