Built this setup for my dads shop. Thought I'd see what you guys think.

All of the coke crates are on ball bearing slides. All reclaimed lumber. The handles for the bottom are wrenches, and the door pulls are coke bottle openers.

You have to appreciate the things your family does for you. Very nice.
That is a piece of ART. Reclaimed seems to be a new trend

My opinion is that this is a work of ART!
I absolutely love it! Great job.

It looks natural in your garage space.....but I could see this bench in a showroom for sale. I know if I saw one I would be drooling over it.

Best one I have seen yet ! Think that will remain that way for a good while. The thought and usage of the materials is what takes it to the top if the heap.

Well done.

Whoa, I never expected this kind of reaction. Thank y'all very much fellas. I'll try to get over to my dads and get some better pics. I think I do have some pics of the top cabinets. Same kind of hinges but the handles on them are 1/4" ratchets. I welded in a 10mm lag bolt into a socket and screwed them into the door. I love the barnwood style. I'll post a few pics of the other wall I did for him. I'm pretty jealous of his shop. All I have is a basement to work in. Lol. So I have to do the big projects to his place.

Ratchets pop right out when you need em.
