I know they exist, I've seen them... but who makes them? I've been searching and all I can find are the long ones like you'd use with a drill or power screwdriver.

I would like one so I could use small sockets on a magnetic ratcheting screwdriver handle. Perfect would be something the same size as the short replaceable hand screwdriver bits, like this

Perfect, I should have known. Today is snap on day so I texted one of the guys at the shop. For once a snap on product about fairly priced too!

i went to a pawn shop. dug through the ice cream bucket of bits and found a couple . asked him how much and he said put them in your pocket.

Prob'ly not, but that is what I was looking for... I have a magnetic ratcheting screwdriver that on occasion I've wished I could use instead of my speeder handle with 1/4" drive sockets. I assume that's the intended use of the S-K and Snap-On ones posted. For a chuck I assume you'd want the more common longer ones, I see those all the time at Lowes etc.

your sears is way better than mine apparently... mine has NOTHING useful. Lots of spline drive **** and chinese sockets and ratchets...

A touch of grease on one and it will hang in an impact for a short time, even hanging down but don't bump it. I've wound up with around 10 of these over the years

Don't get this set - they tend to run soft. I bought it because it had a nice assortment and I could toss it in the tools and have it handy. But they break off if you put any real torque on them. I should've known better.

I'm thinking of biting the bullet and getting a similar set from APEX.
