Nice work, and a good improvement.

Just one question... where do you sleep? I only ask as there is a microwave, oven and fridge in there... is sleeping in the loft?

Seriously though, nice job.

I'm guessing the oven is for powder coating, fridge for beer, and microwave for burritos??

the welding cart isnt even done being pimped out.

the 2nd tank actually had a v-twin pump that goes on it... on the floor next to it. being repaired due to a leak in the sight glass. i'm not sure if i'm going to keep it or not it's a husky 80gal

the quincy is an 80 gallon but it's the one that has pressurized oiling system with automotive style filter.

How do you like the Htp 201?

there is a 2x4 hidden behind each light fixture. the shelves rest on them.

then there are .25inch lag screws with 1.25inch fender washers going into the studs on the side walls. same arrangement in the back wall but with tapcons instead.

How does the HTP machine stack up to a comparable Miller? I got a Miller XMT 304 multiprocess rig and love it. I've seen lots of people use HTP machines though, i'm just unfamiliar with them.

It does everything a Miller Dynasty does for less $$ and the owner of the company will actually pick up the phone and talk to you. I have never needed to call back for support but during my initial order he spent over an hour with me on the phone and did so in the evening when it was convenient for me.

Feature wish the machine doesn't leave me asking for anything else.

The pulse feature makes anyone a better welder btw.

Thats cool, I've always been a believer in the power of blue, sorta like the Snap-On gurus here. I got a lincoln 110mig, miller xmt, and a miller plasma cutter. They haven't let me down, but i'm always interested in machines i'm not familar with. Some times people forget theres other manufactures out there.

Glad to see there are some other open minded people out there.
The HTP tig machines come from Italy if I'm not mistaken, they have been doing the inverter based thing a lot longer then the US boys since electric is so much more over there.

I have had it about 3ish year...
I have used it on Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, and Magnesium

I have a lot of AWS certifications but I'm a computer network engineer for a living. I'm only a hobby user.

The machine probably has about 20 hours on it.
