Went to a local swap meet this morning, spent about $17 and picked up 7 new, to me, Plomb tools to add to my collection. This tool here has me stumped. According to Alloy Artifacts, the stamping i saw on other tools puts it from around 1924-1927. No numbers on it, and don't see it listed in catalog 19-A. Any clues?

That is a common tool for setting solid copper rivets. I used one as a kid fixing harnesses for horses. The holes are for "drawing" the rivet tight on the back-up washer, then you use the hollow to form the "shop" head on the stem of the rivet against the washer.

These were also common with "tinners" who soldered and riveted sheet metal (often copper) things like tanks and flashings.
