Ah your gonna need allot of stuff.

Lawn mower, weed wacker, hose pipe, a selection of garden tools, possible snow blower etc etc. and that's just the outdoor essentials.

Good luck in the new home buddy

 My girl has been looking for a nice house with a wrap around porch, well she finally found one and it just happened to have a 30' x 30' prefab in the back yard for me to play in. :rocker:

You sir, deserve a you ****!

I believe in her mind the essential was the porch

Does it also have an attached single/double?

And in yours, it was the garage!

Thanks guys, and yes I am afraid :scared: It's a 1600 sf home with 2 car, car port(open ends) and attached 5x20 outside storage and the silver square in the center is a metal covered patio that will get bug screened in. Then the "little shed" as she called it that I could not get over out back... I went with her to view it and could not remember anything about the house besides the butcher block cabinets in the kitchen and the "carnegie hall"(as the inspector put it) out back...:lol_hitti

Very nice. My girl just offered me a key to her new place yesterday and I let the comment float right by me. She has this agreement with the landlord regarding grass cutting so I want no access to the place when she's at work! ;)

Your collection's going to grow, Nine!

No papers, that's the best part. We have both been through the ringer in relationships and she just wants someone to be happy with from now on, without the paperwork.

RVDan, It's her place, I'd be the one to pack up and go. :)

coljar, she better have a good job cause lord knows I sure don't and it's in her name... :lol_hitti

Congrats, looks like a nice place. Soon you will be wearing Sans-abelt bermuda shorts and a Hawaiian shirt as you mow her (your) lawn and you will be putting together a swing set. You can probably still carve out a space in that detached garage though, a lot of those kid toys are stack able! :bounce:

You forgot the boat shoes... never forget the boat shoes ahhahahah

You dont have the same luxury as me, when my gf complains about cleaning the house, i remind her my garage is larger than the house. She then proceeds to tell me its a **** hole full of stuff and not clean anyway! hehe

No worries about babies, tubes are tied and her kids are in their teens(perfect yard mowing age, builds character :lol_hitti) I'll be tasked with home maintenance responsibilities and yard work delegation. Maybe temporary lifeguard if I can find a deal on an above ground pool... :D

Do you own a truck? If so, could you do me a favor and pull it inside and take pics? I am going to be building a 900 sq. ft. , most likely a 30 X 30 and would like to see what it looks like with a truck inside.

Thanks in advance.
