Who Makes New Kobalt USA screwdrivers?

I was in a Lowes, n noticed they have a new screwdriver (not the blue rubber/black handle) with striker top plate. States assembled in USA, except a four pack, which states assembled in China.
They look like Williams, S&K, etc...
Not a big deal, but curiosity has me wondering...prob made in China, assembled in US.
They do look nice.
