Snap On Ratchet Info Needed

A friend picked up this ratchet over the weekend and can't find any information on it. He checked AA and Collecting Snap On. We know there's probably a lot of info on the net but is hiding.
Has No. N8346 and is a 3/8" female drive.

Its an industrial rat. Probably made for a certain type machine or application. Would not be in the cats.

Chopper, that is a gem my friend.

Whoever contacts Snap On and makes them dig through the records can probably then answer our nagging GJ question about these Proto ratchets as well.
