All for $30.

The 90° ones are Snap On. The rusty one on the bottom is Mercedes Benz (thought it was neat). The ones in the middle are Plomb. The ones are the left bottom are Craftsman "quick wenches"

Ive seen them at Sears before and thought they were clever, but I never used them.
I'll give them a try next time I have to work on my car and see.

I first found the large pebble ones, then I just kept finding them! my hand was getting tired holding it all, haha.
the nice unmarred ones make almost a full set (as far as I can tell)

Great hit. And I thought that pawnshops around AZ were not good places to score. I guess I've been shopping in the wrong ones.

Whoop Whoop! I always find a PLVMB or two at the pawn shops. That and flea markets. Most people don't know what they are or that they're even USA made. Which means they come at decently low prices. One guy tried to tell me that a PLVMB wrench was "government issued" and worth a lot. Another tried to convince me that it was a "plumb bob" brand and that it was worth a lot. Most of them just say .25, .50, or a dollar a piece. Nice score!

What pawn shop is that? Next time I go up to Phx, I'll have to drop in.

There's a good one on Indian School road - I think it's called No-Money pawn. LOTS of tools!

I haven't seen a lot of tools when I go to pawn shops. Guess people either buy them up quick or no one's trading them in.:dunno:

That's a good deal if you're a wrench guy and they're in good condition (pictures don't expand for me for whatever reason).

They're not, generally. But many of them tend not to overprice Proto/Plomb, Wright, Cornwell and S-K the way they do to Snap-On, Mac and Matco.

hmmmmmm

do they ship

I dont' believe so. even if they did, the bins of tools are just random. just have to go at the right time

Found a place near me that carries a bunch of wrenches and sockets. Problem is 95% is junk, and the rest you have to go digging in to find some good stuff. It's really fun tool shopping for deals. My scores are not as good as yours but did find a proto anti slip and wright 1/2 wrench, USA 10 mm cman socket, and 1 1/4" sk socket for 5.50. I just tell the wifey it's for work. Lol
