Decided on Racedeck - how to best seal slab under it?

After being almost certain about epoxy, I've decided that I will be happier with the look of the tiles anyway.

But now I have this new slab that I have been babying expecting epoxy. I have not done grinding or anything, but despite the fact that I expect minimal fluids in the garage, you never know and I would hate to leave a porous slab under the racedeck.

What is a good and simple way to seal the concrete? I'd hate to spoil it in case I ever decide on epoxy or other coatings many years down the road. Ideally I want a simple roll-on sealant that come the right time I could just grind off. I may be asking too much though.

I briefly thought of just doing the epoxy primer, but that involves most of the effort of epoxying. So I've crossed that off.

Any ideas?

Good question, I also wonder what the solution is ?……. Having fluids seeping into the concrete unknowingly would bother me also.

I'd be interested in this too, I've got persistent dampness, not wet concrete, but high humidity, and unsealed concrete. I'm considering RaceDeck or even Porcelain tiles, but would want to seal the slab.

Home Depot & Lowe's both sell simple garage floor paint. It'll seal the concrete, keep spills from penetrating, & be reasonably easy to remove if you change your mind later. If you don't drive on it before you lay the tiles you won't have to worry about hot tires lifting it off the concrete.
