Finally got a chance to apply Legacy's 6525 sealer over the weekend and couldn't be happier with the look and finish I was shooting for. Thanks to all the other guys that post pics and help somebody like me find what they are looking for! This board is awesome!

Anyway, back to the floor. The concrete was still new and never been driven on. Started by sweeping and vacuuming everything out. Followed that with scrubbing the floor good with Zep soap and then pressure washing. Next I did an acid etch, followed with another pressure wash. I was ready to apply, but the concrete guys showed up to pour my pad, and ended up with some mud inside, so I did one more pressure wash. I let it sit for about 5 days because of bad weather and to let it dry out really good. I finally applied 3 coats (I think they were a little thin because I had about 2 gallons left over), but was very happy with the looks. On to the pics. Thanks, Bryan

You now need a DIRECT four post lift to stack those Novas and create more floor space

Also suggest you source some narrow as possible pallet racking for perimeter wall

Wow that looks nice. How long did you wait between the three coats?

Wuaname, I waited a little over 4 hours between the 1st and 2nd coat, and it was about 10 hours later (the next morning), until I could get the 3rd coat on. Thanks, Bryan

CamarosRus, Yeah I poured the concrete 6 inches for a lift in the future, but it will probably be awhile, according to my wife. I also still have quite a bit to do before I can start on some of my storage stuff, insulation, wall covering, garage door openers, air line, etc, seems it is never ending. Thanks, Bryan

I like it... good job!

After considering floor options for almost 1.5 years this is what
I expect to be going with as well.

I have been thinking about the floor options for our new build and to be quite honest, I totally agree with ^ and probably be going this route myself too for ease of maintenence and simplicity

So what's the maintenence like, once the concrete is sealed?

Good job.

Thanks guys, I just rolled on 3 coats, nothing special, and I really like the shine. I haven't done a whole lot to know what the long term maintenance is like, but about everything so far, I've just wiped up with a rag and some water. Haven't had anything really bad spilled yet. Thanks, Bryan

Bryan, that looks like a great result for a pretty simple (comparatively, at least) finish. Looks 100x better than bare concrete, well done.
