Beautiful restore job, probably way above what it looked like when it was new. Too bad they are regarded as mostly useless unless you are turning plastic or aluminum. I had one and sold it off, parts are tough to come by and expensive on ebay. 750 bucks, wow.

I started out with one of those. What comes to mind is " You can paint a turd but ...." . I appreciate the work done to make it purty though and as a post above said, Art.

I agree . Seems like a nice piece to have in a man cave for a good conversation .

:+1: Had one of those for my 1st lathe as well. It taught me alot, mostly patience and appreication for when i got a larger machine.
