How soon is too soon..

to file a paypal dispute?

Agreed and paid seller jdmstr for the fhl-80 from this thread. I even paid extra to pay his paypal fee. He said he would ship it Monday and get me the tracking number. I haven't heard from him since. I've pm'ed him and even tried to email him through his paypal email, with no responses. He hasn't been online since tuesday.

I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, as it's hard to beleive someone is that hard up for money, that they would scam someone for 67 dollars. But my patience is growing thin.

I've never dealt with paypal and making a claim so I'm not to sure how long I should wait/what to do.
