*DEAD* - Down to $89.99 for December Family & Friends sale.

Pickup option available only, unless you want to pay $69.99 for delivery.

If the item is not tagged "Hot Buy", then you can use discount codes. Promo code SEARS35OFF300 would work for three units if you add a small filler to cover the three cents required to reach $300 or more.

Being tagged a 'Hot Buy', no discount codes/coupons work on this.

However, check your SYW Coupon Center for a "$10 in points on $50 Storewide" coupon, because it does work.

To get the $10 off $50 in points you have to manually enter the coupon code. Just hit the print link and the code will be revealed.

Clicking on See Details also reveals the code.

An alternative is to click Load Coupon for all the coupons you like, to keep them ready to use later on. When you're shopping on the Sears or Kmart website, you click on apply my Shop Your Way coupons in the cart to apply whichever coupon you want to use.

Comes up as 239.99 for me.
Did you follow the instructions in my opening post?

I just tested it, and I'm still seeing $99.99 in my cart.

This deal will reappear, just put it in your cart and monitor it daily, or just make sure you have your gj settings to receive email notifications for replies to this thread.

I like it that the picture they chose for display has a big'o dent in the front. Does anyone know how these compare to the NewAge cabinets sold by Costco? Similar, much worse, much better?

I have 4 of these cabinets and like them a lot. I can't speak for New Age or those by Costco....but these Gladiators from Sears are nice. I'd recommend them and would have a lot more, just don't have any more wall space for them. Good luck.

NewAge cabinets come in two flavors. The 24 gauge cabinets are meant to compete with gladiator. They come fully welded and knock down. If the cabinet doors wiggle when you open them, you've got the cheaper gladiator cabinets or just about anything sold at a big box hardware store. The 24 gauge NewAge cabinets are better built.
I sell mostly the 18 gauge cabinets in NewAge Pro-Series.

Search this site for answers, just type NewAge Cabinets in the search box.

Sears has reactivated this for online only, but no need to be a SYWR member this time.

Thanks for the post. My mom was talking about getting some for my dad if they came back on sale.

I just bought 3 of these from Sears.
For those who have Gladiator product already is the "GearChannel" a necessary ?
As most would say, I don't for see needing to move them from side to side on a sliding channel right now, but predicting the future isn't one of my strong suits.....

Thanks F&F

Nope, there are separate holes in the back for fixed mounting if you wish to do that instead.

The only drawback for direct mounting is you are somewhat limited on placement if using the pre-drilled holes to the studs.

rice rocket and trogo thanks for the insite.

I noticed Sears has 2 types of GearChannels one is on sale for $6.95 per 4ft section and the other is $79 for 2 4ft sections.

Can there really be that much difference to deem the ridiculous price spread ?

The $79 one is probably the Gearwall, which is 1 foot tall instead of 6 inches, and you can hook them together to create a wall of track.

FYI - Ebates is offering 10% cash back today getting you another $9.99 off of the $99.99 cabinet deal.

Shop discover and chase card holders also get 10 percent cash back by going though the shopping site after you log in on your credit card site.

So I go to the site, and they are $99... And I add them to my cart, then I do a little shopping and go to check out, and them they are $159. So I click back on the item and the price has gone up again. All in about 30 min. So thanks, but Sears can keep their stupid cabinet. I am all done. Tried 3 diff times to buy for $99.

I missed the deal on the cabinets but did pick up a workbench before the price went back up. At $99, I'd have picked up at least 3 of the 30" cabinets. Honestly though, I prefer the look and feel of the Craftsman Premium storage system that they had in the store. Seems equivalent to the Gladiator Premier - and is priced accordingly.

Does anybody know if the Craftsman premier ever goes on sale? If not, I'll wait until the Gladiators are at $99 again and pick some up.

Gladiator 30" @99 happens every now and then so hang tight. CM Premium is a new line and will probably be at a premium price for a while.

I purchased 2 6' workbenches at $250/per and 4 30" cabinets at $100/per on Friday at about 6:30PM for store pickup. I got an email at about 9:30AM Saturday saying that the 4 cabinets were ready for pickup. Today, Monday, at about 4:00PM I got an out of stock notification email saying that my order for the 4 cabinets was cancelled and I'm being refunded. Called customer service and to make it short, they're not going to honor the price for when the cabinets come back in stock in 38-40days, despite me receiving the email that said they were ready for me to pickup(which they told me was sent in error).

EDIT- Went to the store armed with the ready for pick up email. Entered my order number into kiosk, waited a few minutes, and out came the guy with the 4 cabinets, and off I went. Not sure what to make of this other than that they're still idiots.

That stuff just came out, so it will probably be a little bit before it goes on any steep discounts.

And for what it's worth, I think it's decent looking stuff, but I think the Gladiator is better. Several of the new Craftsman cabinets at my store were damaged right out of the box.

Glad it worked out for you. Sears is so incredibly mismanaged it's unbelievable. I've had similar experiences with them.

Picked up my cabinets. Apparently I can't do math, as I only picked up 4 of the 48" track (need 2x cabinet). Any bets as to whether there will be another sale on this stuff before x-mas?

You would be better off using a 1x4 to connect the bottom half of the cabinets. Aligning both sets of brackets so they are the exact/correct spacing sounds time consuming to me.

it's pretty simple, I hung 2 this weekend.

the top rail is fixed, just holes. But the bottom has slots to mount the rail on, so you just leave it loose and you have about 2" of play to set it in the bottom channel, then tighten it.

Track went on sale again this morning. :lol_hitti Cabinets not on sale. (not quite BF prices for the rails, but for only $2 more for 4 I'm not going to complain.) Glad to hear mounting isn't a big deal.

BTW, these cabinets are HUGE. Took 2 trips in an Outback to bring home 4 of them. Glad I didn't show up in my Civic!
