Howdy, been around on the forum for some time now observing the obvious.
As far as introductions go I'm 26 yo sm
Living a life in small town usa. I do a little work on cars, hunting, fishing, i try to fixstuff as i aquire it which sometimes doesnt go as planned.
Im a installer repair man for the local telephone/telecom company. Looking to make some improvements on the estate for some time now.

Finally deciding to post something up about my shop/recent purchasee as of last april i bought a small 1200ish sq ft house with a 2 car attached. of course the deciding factor being a 30 x 40 detached shop. The place definetly needs a lot of work.

Little info on the pictures:
First one is the south facing doors on the shop. Second is east side of house view from the street, shop in backgrond.
Third would be view of the north side of shop.

Probably going to be posting up a build thread in the future, stay tuned[emoji800]

Well, plan to just make it usable for now. Plan to add a lean to on the west side next summer for addition storage and a roof for a coal hopper i have to rebuild. But eventually i would like to put a lift in, its only 9 ft rafters so im thinking on getting a max jack or just trying to fit a 2 post lift in for the time being and add a taller building onto the east side for the lift later. That being said its not a bad size besides the low ceiling height.
