i was thinking about that , and so far this is what i got:

cordless:
- m18 fuel powered cable cutter
- m18 fuel strand / bolt cutter
- m18 fuel jigsaw (only a brushed verison available now)
- a dedicated battery pack for the heated jackets, that can be worn on a belt instead of having a heavy battery hanging in your pocket ( i imagined something like a 2.0 m18 battery pack on a belt clip, so you could wear 1 or 2 on one side, or each side of your belt to balance to weight, and daisy chain them together for the longer runtime without just one big heavy lump in your jacket)
- i would say a miter saw, but i hear thats already in the works.

corded:
- corded electric chainsaw -- they use to make one a long time ago, and still, like 10 years later, its one of the best ones you can buy IF you can find one used. i have a corded husqvarna, makita, and Milwaukee, and the milwaukee is the best of the group even after being used to cut telephone poles for the last 12 or so years.
- an adapter to make any m18 or m12 tools corded for heavy or extended use.
- corded led work light stands (like with a tripod)
- underhood led work light (corded and cordless)

Buy the Ryobi nailer and paint it red.

Seriously though, I don't see why TTI won't hack off the battery slide and throw a Milwaukee one on it.

you know...I've seen dudes on here use batteries with wires soldered on them and all kinds of crazy **** to hack this or that.

I'll buy a beat M18 drill, cut off the battery receptor, and liquid nail it to the Ryobi, solder wires, and get the Red paint. GTG.

Good call RR.

The underhood work light is an awesome idea. I would love to have an under hood light that takes m12 batteries.

I think the belt clip battery back on heated jacket would be great. Not sure where the battery is located on the jacket, but planned to buy one of the Milwaukee hoodies during the holidays for my son, but after trying a display model on at HD I decided to pass on the idea. The battery in the pouch on the back side of the hoodie was too heavy and uncomfortable for my liking.

A cordless M18 chain saw. Something small with a 8" or 10" bar.

Also a cordless M12 under hood LED work light would be great.

Something like a small air blower/compressor without tank would be nice. Not too powerful but a little better than the air in a can things that you can buy for cleaning out stuff like computer cases, blowing out drilled holes in concrete, etc. Even use it to blow up a tire albeit not very quickly.

Cordless finish and brad nailers (a la Ryobi AirStrike)

Not sure what voltage they would need to be...so I have become ready for either!

M18 personal massager for me!
How about a M18 right angle impact rated with the IR. I'll take the size increase, just make it more powerful.

It can be done. Here's a guy who did it for Makita batteries.

Thingiverse also has a nice Milwaukee M18 battery adapter (four versions) so this could easily be done. I've considered it but it might be nicer to just tolerate having another battery system.

yeah that's a joke, eh?

I think it's real.

Can you imagine cutting through a nail with an 8.5", thin-kerf blade? I'll stick with 10", standard kerf where I have a range of really nice quality, affordable, blades.

It might be a sweet little saw for trim carpentry, though.

NOT a joke.. just NOT here.. (yet?) and its a compact sliding saw...
they also made ( or are making ) a tool similar to the craftsman one, with interchanble heads for different tools.. whatever thats called..

isnt that fucked up, that a US based tool company makes something like that and doesnt even sell it in their own country..
