I got that non-ratcheting sets for 99 bucks a year or two ago. They aren't perfect, but for the price it's a decent deal.

I just paid $250 for the metric and standard ratcheting set. Ouch. Good deal. I may pick up the non ratcheting set just to make myself feel better.

I got the same deal, $99 on ToolTopia last year sometime, mine were Taiwan though not China.
