I decided to go with RaceDeck flooring and I couldn't be happier.
I was planning on doing porcelain tile but there was going to be a tremendous amount of prep to the concrete slab to ensure a proper installation. The building was built in the early 1980s 4in uninsulated or vapor barrier-ed slab. It was a nice slab as far as having no cracks but the previous owners had home built oil burning heater, So the concrete has 30 years of oil residue and oil stains in the concrete. I knew it was going to be a pain to try to get all of that cleaned up enough to get a nice enough surface for tiling.
Here are the before pictures:

It went together great! I only had one tile get gouged while moving my fireproof cabinet full of paints and cleaners. I was able to use it for one of the cut pieces though and its not a big deal. I used a dead blow mallet to get them to snap together. I was doing the whole thing myself so that was the best tool for the job. All in it probably took about 3 hours of laying tile but the whole job took about 9 or 10 hours. Moving things alone *****!
I am more than happy with the end result and would recommend this product to anyone!
