Wow,

Thanks OP! Got 4 set of each for a total of $31.63, doing store pick up. Didnt need em, but oh well - 34 wrenches for 5 bucks is not something to trifle with.

I got that 34-piece set for $25 in 2013...it's a decent set and worth far more than $5. Unfortunately, all my stores show $50. The sockets seem to be $2.48 at my local store. They open in twenty minutes and I have a late work call, so I'll see if they have any.

Great deal. I bought both. I really only need the stubby wrenches, but for that price, its still a great deal.

Sweet, my local stores actually have them, hopefully the wrench sets will be there after I get out of school. Plan on getting at least 2 of the wrench sets and four of the socket sets.

My local store strikes again! Got there, found 4 socket sets (website said 9 in stock and app said 10) and settled for those. Scanned at $2.48 with the app. Went to check ladder prices and found the 8-ft fiberglass stepladder for $94 so I got it. Checked shelf a second time and the sticker was already pulled from where the sockets were.

Anyway, I get to checkout and they rang up at $15 each! I swear they make Lowe's stores down here data-proof because I had no 4G or even 2G at the register. Cashier told me her head cashier said the online price couldn't be honored in store! So, I just ordered 8 in the parking lot. We'll see...

I wouldn't count on being able to actually pick up any of these ordered. I had 3 orders, got the ready to pick up email. I went to the store and manager refused to sell them to me stating it was a pricing error. I have 3 more orders at another store and we'll see how that goes. It appears the same thing is happening to folks on Slickdeals on Dewalt stuff at Lowes.

I didn't order any or try to buy, but I checked on them (34 pc wrench set) when I was in the store a half hour ago and they scanned at $49, regular price is $99.

I just placed an order- we'll see what happens; as long as my card doesn't get charged if they cancel I'm OK with that.

Too good to be true! I placed my order 10 minutes ago and the store just called telling me there was a "glitch" in the system and would not honor the prices. They would give me 10% off, though. Oh well, good luck to everyone else!

Thanks OP, got a couple of sets for the kids tool boxes. The lady at CS told me that there was a error on there website, but honored the price. She also said that there was a error on a dewalt set that is priced $9.99 but should be $199.99!

Saw this. Figured it wasn't available at my store.
Looked online, saw it WAS! Got Excited.
Ordered. Still Excited!
Got the call that "due to high demand, they're sold out." Sad.

Yeah so apparently it wasn't this little wrench deal on GJ that killed it. Slickdeals had some Dewalt VSR drills and such posted that were listed for $9. So then everyone - most dont even know what VSR stands for - just decided they needed like 20 of them because it was a "Deal".

Congrats to those that scored some nice wrenches, etc and thanks to the OP.

I guess my 2 y/o will have to wait a bit longer for his first wrench set :).

Just got the call from Lowes. They said all of their internet prices on tools are off, and they are having issues. Canceling all internet orders with incorrect pricing.
