The last piece of my electrical planning of my 26x32 attached garage is the lighting. The garage has 10' ceilings. Below is a pic of the layout that I have put together. I am open for suggestions. At the top wall I have an overhead cabinet that I built that has 2x3' T8 and a 2x4' T8 fixtures built into the bottom. The reason for 3' is because I made the cabinet exactly 8' so the two 4' fixtures wouldn't fit.
As you can see below, I was planning on using the SNF232. I really wish they still made the SSF232 in tandem 8' lengths, as that is what I had in my old garage. The 8' SNF232 is the same price as the 4' SSF232, so I'm struggling to justify double the price for a little more light output. I'm open to T5HO fixtures if it would reduce the number of fixtures. Thoughts?
