This is just crazy. I found these things at a local salvage shop and they appear NOS (I paid $20 for all of them!). The pictures do not do them justice. There is absolutely zero wear on all of the parts where you normally see wear on C-clamps. According to a little research, Cincinnati Tool was founded in 1877 and then the name changed to Hargrave Co. in 1925. Can these things be that old?

Of course I bought all of them! They were marked $4.00 each and I asked if I could have a "quantity discount." lol. She knocked 4 bucks off.

Cincinnati bought Hargrave and sold under both names at least into the 70s, maybe later and yours are the late style. Clamps don't really wear, they get abused, so yours could be new or simply not abused but that doesn't affect value unless you've got an original box. You did pretty good on price, I'd have gone to ~$5 each.

When I say wear, I mean miniscule signs of usage that you would almost need a magnifying glass to see, like if the surface of the metal has ever touched another piece of metal. This would be easy to see on the high parts of the ground surfaces. You know how metal gets that slightly polished look when a high spot rubs against something? The fixed jaw and the swivel head would show these signs of use in no time. The handles would show rub marks from sliding back and forth. That's why I took the close up picture of the handle. Scuff marks from rubbing up against other tools, dings, etc. You get the idea. These babies never saw any action at all.

It's pretty interesting that they all show those straight grinding marks on the swivel head. I'm guessing that they ground off a *** on the center of the swivel head that was left after machining. You can clearly see how that surface was faced on a lathe prior to grinding the *** off.
