I just purchased this 5,000 sgft building. It has a little more office space then I wanted but the garage is 2,866 sgft with 20 ft bottom of the joist height.
I always wanted to mix business with pleasure so the plan is to cut a full wall window in the back office wall so I can look out into the garage from my work desk. Kind of a semi retirement.
I have not finalized my plans but as of now my thoughts are
Paint the walls 2 shades of grey darker on bottom lighter on top with a red stripe divider.

I'll be moving over from my home garage a extended lift back yard buddy and a Kwick lift.
