How do I fix this TM 70 B, snap on ratchet?

This ratchet seems worn out. The selector switch doesn't stay locked to either side. I took it apart and the gear looks worn. Do they make a kit? I didn't buy it new so I don't have a waranty.

Any help would be appreciated

If it's not too much trouble, would you have an address? I wouldn't know where to find it. I would buy the parts, but I don't know if it is missing somethng or just worn.

Here's an update. I sent the ratchet into Snap On like Wrenchr told me, and today when I got home there was a box on the front door with a brand new
T72 in it. I think it took about 2 weeks from the time I shipped it till today. I don't know why they sent me a new one. The other one seemed like it could be fixed.

Cool.

When mailing they do not repair, they replace!!! So if it is a tool that is important to it do not send it in!!

I'm just pretty dang sure that link had parts available at the time I put it up or I sure as hell wouldn't have posted it........

Merk I've noticed a lot of the older stuff is coming up zero available on the parts page.

The warranty service does not repair anything, the warranty dept and the warehoused items are two different buildings, for example ratchet rebuild parts.

It's very possible it happened to me on a couple of kits last week. I checked to see if they had any, went out and pulled a tree off a fence and fixed the fence. By the time I finally got the order in parts showed zero stock.

Kind of annoyed me. I've had those ratchets for a long time. Kind of used to the way they feel and fit into places.

I tried the link a while ago and it worked. I just tried it again and it worked. When I selected the kit, the cart came up and showed it in stock. :dunno:

Don't give up too easily.
