When you have a two car garage and one bay is for the car and the other bay is your work shop, you have a problem. Any time you need to weld, grind, sand, polish or cut something, the car needs to protected. That means pull the car out of the garage or do the work outside of the garage. If the weather is bad the work would have to wait.

Not anymore. I had a shop curtain made to order for my garage. It's heavy duty, fire retardant vinyl. The curtain hangs from rollers that ride on a track. Chain is sewn into the bottom of the curtain to weigh it down. Boom! Problem solved. I can go out there cut, grind, weld and sand without too much worry. I can also choose to heat only half of the garage if I want.

Should have done this years ago.

View from the car side. Had the curtain sectioned for an easy entry near the front.

Any chance we could get a ballpark figure of what that cost you? Not to pry, and I understand all products are custom jobs.
I would just hate to waste their time with an inquiry if I know it's out of my price range (read=I'm cheap)

Looks Awesome and I could use 2 of those in my workshop area!

Not cheap because of the fire rating. You're looking at about $600 to do what I did.

It's also very important to have the fire rating. A regular tarp will lite right up
