Well, 3 years after we moved to our current house it's time to show some pictures of my garage. It's a small one (though pretty regular for a dutch garage), so I had to be as efficient as possible with the space available. It's not really suitable to put a car in. The measurements are: 5,40 x 2,85 meters (17,7 x 9,4 feet).
As I'm a petrolhead with a special love for BMW (I drive a E90 BMW 330i) and Porsche, there are some pictures of BMW's and Porsches and a Castrol display (the previous partner of BMW for car fluids).
Tool wise I'm a fan of Hazet, so in the past years I collected pretty much garage equipment (Assistents) and tools.

A list of the Hazet storage equipment:

Hazet Assistent 160: Mini-Assi
Hazet Assistent 166N: the famous big brother of the Mini-Assi
Hazet Assistent 168N: 4 drawer closed trolley (new ball bearing rails)
Hazet 100: Large wall cabinet from '52! (restored: outside and lock)
Hazet 152: Table top 4 drawer from the late 70's (restored)
Hazet 190L-1: Modern plastic portable box

@Monte: that's a custom reproduction printed on aluminum of the production process of Hazet 600N wrenches. The real deal is on the Wolfcraff in a custom made box with plexiglas cover and Hazet sticker ;)

am i weird for noticing right away the cool, vintage looking wall clock. and then the retro radio and washing sink.

and then after that the hazet assistents, and then that that there are lots of cabinets with drawers. convinient thing. keeps the stuff organized and away from dust and dirt.

and then the cool castrol liquid shelf. (would be nice to have something similar to myself also.).

also noticed that the free tabletop work space is limited (this is so common too. never enough space) ..and just one chair to sit in. :)

all in all.. bit envy anyways. organized. and stocked with lot of stuff. cool place to be and have.

I really like the way you have used chequer-plate on the door and skirting, particularly as it will help to reflect light.

Did you use stainless steel or polished aluminium plate and how did you fix it to the walls?

Isn't that re-braded Budweiser?

A good place to keep the little toy cars as well.

The BMW rims on the wall are fronted (all have the logo rotated to the top) but the spacing between the rims isn't equal.

Rebranded budweiser? Not really :lol_hitti

Rims are spaced evenly, it only seems off because they are so wide/deep.

Missed this question.
It's a aluminum plate. I just screws all around to attach it to the door.

I never lock it, so not sure. But I did renew all of the ballbearing rails because of the excessive wear on those in the past.
Value is also depending on the location. Here (close to Germany, where they come from) they can be bought for only about €100,- second hand, but I can imagine that in other continents these are far more rare and expensive...

....am i weird for noticing right away the cool, vintage looking wall clock....

The 1st thing I noticed was the diamond plate (or whatever that design is called!) covered door because I have a little-used side door to my shop I want to improve the look of. Thanks for the idea, I'm unabashedly STEALING IT!:bounce:Now to search for that simulated plastic chrome sheeting of diamond plate.

The 2ND thing I noticed was the cool vintage clock!

I love my Hazet assistant and have looked for signage or something cool to hang in my shop, but it's tough to find out here.

Looks like you are pretty well outfitted with Hazet blue. How about their tools? I'd love to see some of that, too.

Are they considered expensive where you live?

Sorry for all the questions, haha, Hazet stuff always gets my attention.
