Found individuals at my local Lowes and I think I got caught up with the Kobalt Made in the USA hype. For 6 screwdrivers I think I paid around $50, full retail. These are the ones with the metal caps on the end so you can hammer on them. If course I never do this with a screwdriver, so that feature is moot.

Got home and started reading where I can get the Williams 8 piece for about the same price plus shipping.

Whats the consensus here? Return them? Gift them? I think I want to go with the Williams. :dunno:

I can get the Williams on Amazon for $55 with my Prime. Protos are nice, but not in the budget for now. I'm pushing my luck at $55. Too many irons in the fire this time of the year.

If you ever had to replace those USA made Kobalts, I don't think Lowes would have them. Meanwhile, Williams will be around a long time.
