**** Skinny Shop wit Cave ****

Started the build in May 2015. Kinda late to the build thread.

I'm Appalachian American so expect my grammar and spellin to be way outa the park!!

I have been workin/hobby out of my 28x28 garage connected to the house foe 18 years now and have out grown it. I started lookin on CL for sometin used in the 36x28 range. As I looked for a couple months a used red iron steel 50x60 come up for sale for 5k

Sure looks like Alabama red dirt. 6' of fill! By definition, there is no flat ground in Appalachia. 50' x 60' for $5K is a deal. New, the red iron package alone would have been more than that. Hope you got the bolts and the blueprints.

No flat land in my area. LOL

The pour. Had bout 2 yards leftover so we used it for an apron. 1st truck showed up at 8am and done at 4:30pm that evening. :thumbup:

so we got the building up and found out we did not have the end wall. :headscrat
O well, seems everyone not so honest on CL. :shocking: LOL

I did the ends in green on purpose.

Yes that's a piebald deer in the pic. She is bout 7years old this year

That looks like a nice piece of property there. Neat to see you recycle an old building. Will be watching this one.

Just a really small budget so trying to get all I can per dollar. I have some more repurposing on in the build. Used an old hay wagon for a loft and a singer sewing machine base for a sink base in the bathroom.

Some inside pics. U can see the 6'x4' shower recessed in the floor.
We put a section of pallet racks together and add castering wheels to it and used it for scaffolding to aid in erecting the building. Worked out great.

Moving a few things in and used the wash bay for the 1st time. Garage doors installed.

We painted the entry door with chalk board paint. I figured its a good place for notes.
